Celsius was created in 2016 by Romain Guillaument, a former researcher at Bordeaux University with a PhD in numerical fluid mechanics. It spans two areas in which he has a particular interest, physics and winemaking, in pursuit of innovation.
A consultancy, Celsius offers scientific analysis based on the prediction of physical phenomena in order to anticipate their impact and propose an action plan to prevent or correct them. It uses modeling and numerical simulation to create scenarios that complement measurements taken on the ground. Applying this scientific methodology to all areas of vinegrowing and winemaking, Celsius can predict environmental changes and their impact on yields and quality. These studies then provide the basis for advice on the methods and tools best suited to your particular needs. The Celsius method has three key advantages: it saves you time, saves you money and improves your yields.
